Stef and Julie have been thinking about the audience/participant engagement strategy piece for our meeting; we have a placeholder PR in the Approach Guide and will be developing this further preparing for Feb 12 and then for other conversations.

Appears simple, but Pathway sheet etc can explicitly get at "what tooling/platforms one uses"

A good meeting yesterday, shared our EngagementSheet and learned more about participants. Anca, Ewelina, Garin now have access to the planning folder and will edit the sheet, and confirm which date option is best.

@stefaniebutland , I've asked (& cc'd you) for you to be added to the EarthCODE GitHub org. When that's decided, could you please make the cohort-planning repo and we'll continue preparing for the cohort! (and ok to close this issue when you've seen it please :))

decided we'll do this first Champions cohort in Openscapes GitHub org. It works smoothly for us and can be a part of onboarding of EarthCODE team to how we work, without us having to struggle with permissions etc.
