Macro editor : editing a train with a power restriction creates an error

What happened?

I create a train with a power restriction

timetable - 2026-08-07T152704.226.json

And I try to edit it in NGE (changing the category here)

I get this error

What did you expect to happen?

I expect no error (it's ok if for now it empties the power restrictions when editing from NGE, @Synar will fix it in another PR). Just expect to be able to edit here (the same as it currently works for a train which has margins)

Hmmm, I think 1 is reasonable for a simple independent fix, and maybe we add 2 to the margin or track issue, since it seems to be the same issue of matching old and new paths steps.
