Infra editor: displays track section cancel/confirm without change

What happened?

When editing a track section, cancel/confirm buttons appear, even though nothing changed.

What did you expect to happen?

Buttons should not appear when nothing changed

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

1. Go to infra editor
2. Select an infra
3. Select a track section
4. Click the edit button

On which environments the bug occurs?

Local

On which browser the bug occurs?

Microsoft Edge

OSRD version (top right corner Account button > Informations)
