Improve and extend SearchService: Add search for private and restricted content. #1754
Description
SearchService has only very limited support for searching non-public content: The "constraint" based Search API part is not leveraged, thus searching by tags is impossible for non-public content. Additionally the implementation of "getMyPeople()" is buggy, and there are several flaws in the JavaDoc.
