[HACKTOBERFEST] Add Search functionality on Courses page

On the Courses page, the search bar does not return results when typing a course name or code. Even after entering valid keywords (e.g., "Biology", "BML101"), the course list remains unchanged.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Go to /courses.

2.Enter a valid course name/code in the Search bar (e.g., "Biology").

3.Press Enter or wait for the search to trigger.
