[HACKTOBERFEST] Add Like/Dislike buttons for student reviews on Professor details page

On the Professor details page, student reviews currently only display text without any engagement options. Adding Like and Dislike buttons for each review would allow students to express agreement or disagreement, helping others quickly identify the most helpful reviews.
