[HACKTOBERFEST] Fix apply Filters button on Professors page

On the Professors page, selecting filters (e.g., department, difficulty level, minimum rating) and clicking Apply Filters does not update the displayed professor list. The filtering functionality is broken, similar to the issue on the Courses page.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Go to the /professors page.

2.Select any filter .

3.Click Apply Filters.

Expected Behavior:
The professors list should refresh and only display professors that match the applied filters.

Actual Behavior:
The list of professors remains unchanged. No filters are applied.
