Add a suggested/last used category of list items for inputs where user can search

Description

Provide an easier way to access previously picked or searched items in home assistants' quick search or pickers so that the user doesn't have to re-enter the same search query.

• Should be stored in the users browser session
• Optionally: user can clear it easily form the UI (not via browser)
