Improving the Settings Area

Earlier discussions occurred on the Discord, related to how the settings would benefit from a new flow. I took on this concern and decided to make a quick mock-up for what could be done to better the experience for a user exploring the menus.

However, I did not explore the "Protocols" tab beyond moving all of the protocols that were originally listed in the settings to their own "sub-page" to prevent bloating the settings menu unnecessarily with the new additions of IR, RF and Serial connections.

As for making it more obvious when a new protocol is introduced to the smart home, a circle with digits would be a good choice, as it provides information such as how many new protocols were added (e.g. connecting an ESP device with RF, IR and Serial support) to help inform users that they have new configuration options.
