Seems setup.py develop only prepares eggs for _simple utilities (hence installs)
Here is __init__.py created after installation

__version__ = "1.0.1"

from mamba_ssm.ops.selective_scan_interface import selective_scan_fn, mamba_inner_fn
from mamba_ssm.modules.mamba_simple import Mamba
from mamba_ssm.models.mixer_seq_simple import MambaLMHeadModel

There is no mention of mamba_new

Also functions bimamba_inner_fn, mamba_inner_fn_no_out_proj are not installed too.

Could you tell me where this part of code is?
In fact, mamba_simple is not the installation item of python setup.py develop. It is a simple module implemented by pure python.

Seems it is an installation item. Atleast it is present in mine.
Please refer .../site-packages/mamba_ssm/__init__.py after running pip install .

Besides mamba_simple, it will be great to add bimamba_inner_fn, mamba_inner_fn_no_out_proj as installation items too, for ease.
