Idea: Additional data concerning application date of wind power plants in Nordrhein-Westfalen

Nordrhein-Westfalen monitors their wind power plant applications and publishes an excel-file containing data which would supplement the data in MaStR, for example the application date of most wind power plants.

The file can be found here under Anlagen-Genehmigungsmonitoring-NRW_EPSG25832_Excel.xlsx.

It is not completely straightforward to match these units to the ones in MaStR, but using the coordinates additional information could be matched for some units.
