toep: editing groups not consistent

I logged in, edited a group (removed a user). In the overview, also after refresh, the user still appears. When I want to edit the group again this shows up and I cannot get back to the edit panel:

I can succesfully add a new group though. But when I add a user there, it does not show up in the overview. Once I click edit in the overview I again end up in this weird layout, with repeated page layout elements. Seems like an iframe?

I had the same issue and hoped that the cache update solved it. But then it is a bug in the app code. To get this working again one must logout and sign in again (atleast then it worked again until the bug is triggered again)

Technical info: This is happening as HTMX was not configured correctly here.
