Pen Stylus Cursor

Hi, I'm new to open board. Currently using the version 1.7.3. I am using wacom pen tablet with windows pc. In the openboard, when I select the pen stylus to write, I am not able to see the cursor. So its rather difficult to write just by looking at the screen. Is this a common scenario. Would it be possible to set so that the cursor would show when the pen stylus is selected?

has anyone found a solution? I have a completely similar problem - the cursor is white when selecting a pen or line and it is not visible on a white background
