Blockbook only pushes txs with matching outputs not inputs #1411
Description
As far as I can tell the only scenario where we are affected by this is when a moderator releases 100% of funds to a vendor and the vendor accepts the payout.
Because blockbook only matches outputs the buyer will not be notified of funds leaving the multisig and thus will be stuck in the DECIDED state until a full refresh of the wallet is done and the transaction is detected that way.
