Integrate the Prometheus exporter code into the client

Use the prometheus_client Python module to create an HTTP server in the client and serve the main metrics as a Prometheus exporter.

Mainly, the current metrics from the CifarClient class to be exported are:

• Macro F1 Score
• Micro F1 Score
• Weighted F1 Score

Others can be added later.
