Time specifier always interpreted as UTC

When search contains date/time specifiers they are always converted to time in UTC. Log entries on the other hand are persisted using the client's local time.

We should either use current time zone as provided by the JVM, or a setting that unambiguously defines the time zone to use when parsing date/time.
