when using tab controller click on second tab the blurring background on nav title menu become dark

my scenario testing on storyboard :
tabcontrolller -> nav controller->table view
                      ->nav controller->table view ( \* when menu slide out from this  view the top nav   title blurring become dark)

another problem need your help how to disable left to right gesture on other view?
