Failed at "setSponsorForCollateral" #5
Description
two issues here:
1.Failed at "setSponsorForCollateral", error : "zero sponsor banlance is not allowed!"
2.Balance is not displayed on the page after "connected to Conflux Portal" using conflux-frontend-react project.
btw : there is no oceanus network mentioned in your tutorial.
