Testnet "TransactionPoolFull"

When I use CKB Studio met an error that notes "TransactionPoolFull", how to solve this?

1. RPC clear_tx_pool maybe useful? If so, should I use that command in docker?

It may because of a ckb bug (fixed at nervosnetwork/ckb#2357, released at v0.39.0-rc1) which causes many double-spending transactions stranded within the transaction pool so that the transaction pool becomes full.
The testnet has upgraded to the newest version and the issue has been fixed. Recommend to upgrade to the newest version.
