GR-Lot-FrameworkAgreement in E1 not usable

Subtype E1 currently only contains the BT-271-Lot field within the GR-Lot-FrameworkAgreement group. However, this cannot be used in the absence of BT-765-Lot.

Therefore, either the field BT-765-Lot (and possibly other fields?) should be added or the field BT-271-Lot should be removed.

we wil analize the needs of the preliminary market consultation and probably add some additional fields related to the FA and DPS in SDK 1.15.
