Irritating order of the BTs in GR-Lot-AwardCriteria

The order of the BTs in GR-Lot-AwardCriteria is very confusing (one could also say wrong). The name (BT-734-Lot) of the criterion should not be the last field. Instead, the field should come directly after the type.

Hello,
the name of the award criterion is an optional field that is hardly ever used. There was even some reasoning for removing it completely as it is redundant with the criterion type. It was put in that position for this reason, however if it will not be removed, we may consider moving it under the type in a future SDK

Personally, I could very well live with the abolition of the BT.
