Thank you for reaching out regarding the errors encountered in the Preview environment.
We have thoroughly checked the system and can confirm that there are no technical issues affecting the Preview environment.

Regarding the API key errors:

  • For the v2 API, a "403 - Invalid key in header: X-API-Key" error may occur during validation or render operations if the API key being used was not generated specifically for the Preview environment.
  • For the v3 API, a "401 - This API Key does not exist" error typically indicates that the API key is not recognized, which can happen if the key was created for the production (PROD) environment.
