Part orientations

Hi there,
just sorted the parts i have lying around here since several month so i can hopefully bake my first PCB at the weekend, with 9 more to come (hopefully).
Since i have never done PCB pick and place before some part are making me i bit nervous because icant see a proper orientation.

That would be U4 (USBLC6-2P6) and Q2 (MBT3904DW1), normally there should be a dot etc. to marks the oriantation, but i cant even see it under a strong magnifiyer.
Is there a standard oriantation as long they are on the SMD belt or how can i find out the correct orientation?

With a strong magnifier and much light i think i found the dots.
