[RFC] OCA Runbot Documentation

I'm not sure the best place for this, so I'm creating the issue here.

We're flushing out a lot of issues while re-implementing the OCA Runbot. While some of these are just problems with the underlying dependencies, some of them are being caused by undocumented changes.

I propose that while we are flushing these issues out, we also make a documentation of what customizations exist on OCA runbot.

Customizations I can remember off the top of my head:

I'm agree with add a Changelog document of custom patches.
