What are some of the features you want in ai-gateway?

Please help us figure out the next features we want to add to ai-gateway.

Suggested Features:

• Azure OpenAI Integration: Allow Azure as an AI Provider.
• Vertex AI Integration: Enable GCP as an AI Provider.
• Open Telemetry Integration: Allow export of logs and metrics using open telemetry standards.
