Taking mobs to other dimensions through cakes

I'd like the ability to take mobs through to other dimensions when eating the cake if there isn't a method for doing so already. Especially if a pack maker disables traditional portals, then a new method would need to be used, perhaps using leads or something

You could use EIO soul vials if you must transfer mobs across dimensions, or you could use dislocator portals from Draconic Evolution.
