ESP8266 and 2.2" ILI9225 display; picture crapped

I tried to get a 2.2" TFT display working with this library but the picture is crapped. What can I do?

I tried to get it work with Lolin Wemos D1 mini (ESP8266) and Lolin Wemos D1 mini pro. The result ist the same.
No idea what to do?
