Cards overwrite regardless of duration

Hey! Thanks for maintaining this amazing plugin for us!

Not entirely sure if you can fix this, but I notice the cards will follow the priority system to a fault in that it will overwrite the pre-existing cards that are already on someone. This is mostly important during initial opener, I suppose, so a minor issue, but I hope it can be addressed
