Add Samsung protocols

Hi,

I like this library due to short and easy to understand. So I tried IRHash for Samsung but it does not work well, I think Samsung protocol is required. I also tried Samsung protocol from Ken's Lib and it works great. Therefore I request you to either port Ken's Samsung protocol or implement your own.
