[Bug] The default quality value for Gifski (Higher quality) is set to the fastest (1), not the best (100)

Describe the bug
The default quality value for Gifski(Higher quailty) preset is set to 1, which represents the lowest quality, instead of 100.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open any project
2. Click 'Save as'
3. Select 'Gifski Higher quality'
4. See its default value

Expected behavior
This should be 100, or at least very high value. Not lowest value.

Reseting the preset does not help.
