DriveCAT/EPA dynamometer cycle convenience functions

In the docs we point to EPA cycles & DriveCAT for pre-defined drive cycles. We should have a utility that converts column names automatically, rather than requiring a user to convert them before use. (Or just include them all in FASTSim natively).

Could be a kwarg on the pyfunction that calls a different function internally

Doesnt need to be a different function, we could just support deserializing from those file shapes natively with all native serde functions
