Add a generic end-use that can sell commodities

We have a generic way to buy commodities via the feedstock components.
As we build out more of our end-use capabilities, we should add a generic selling component as well.
This would allow us to convert commodities to money in a generic way.

This could be its own component, or look like adding a cost model to the demand components, or something else.
