Hooking File API Without Jailbreak Detection

Hello,

I am trying to hook file APIs to fix my app crash. Here is an example script:

However, it requires Cydia Substrate, and when I inject it, my app detects the jailbreak.

Is there any approach to using this script in IPAPatchEntry without triggering jailbreak detection?

Any help would be appreciated.
