Feature request - Docker setup

Hi, I was wondering, if BirdNET-PI could be shipped via docker? This would allow esp. modern powerfull RPIs to host some more webapps, while the BirdNET-PI install is nicely separated and consistent in a own container 😃

There are already instruction in the README file for docker installation. I have successfully done this in the past, not sure if anything has changed since then.

The docker image that is in the README includes a database and webserver though. What if we want to use a different database/webserver that is also hosting/serving other data?
