nvidia host and container ubuntu different versions gpus are not leveraged

Hello

My Host is ubuntu 22.04.4 and My docker is ubuntu 20.04, I have installed the required drivers via ubuntu nvidia driver 535 and cuda 12.2.
Installed the nvidia-container-toolkit , nvidia-ctk runtime configure --runtime=docker and restarted the required stuff
Hardware : NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3050, 6 GB GDDR6

I am running container with -gpus all. I never see the gpu's are leveraged. Please advise.

Do you think host and container versions has difficulty in leveraging the gpus ?

Hey @paulbkeelp do you mean the OS in your container is Ubuntu 20.04? That should be no issue.

Please check the supported platforms matrix at https://docs.nvidia.com/datacenter/cloud-native/gpu-operator/latest/platform-support.html. Unfortunately, RTX 3500 is not listed.
