BlueField-2 direct access to A100 #830

Description

I have a BlueField-2 and an A100 (not the converged accelerator). I would like to access the GPU directly from the ARM core in the BF2. I tried following instructions from here: https://docs.nvidia.com/networking/display/bluefielddpuosv380/deploying+nvidia+converged+accelerator and also the discussion thread: https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/t/bluefield-2-in-bluefield-x-mode-does-not-see-a100-gpu/242305
It seems that even after following the instructions, I am unable to see the GPU in the BF-2 ARM (and I still continue to see it in the host) when I do lspci.
Could someone please guide how to change the ownership such that the ARM is able to access the GPU directly without the host CPU?
Thanks.
