Simplify/Minimize Demo Integration Code

We should make demo integrations minimal. Example: https://github.com/NVIDIA/flashdreams/pull/462

We should:
* Remove runner.py
* Remove outdated/bloated readme's
* Clean up & minimize the actual integration code
