Bulk-closing: root cause was missing generate-openclaw-config.py in the optimized build context, fixed by PR #2565. The Apr 28 nightly schedule run passed 100% (all 17 jobs green). These issues were auto-filed from workflow_dispatch runs on feature branches that hit the bug before the fix landed.
