Check Bus `bustype` for all Injectors

We should check for all `StaticInjection` components and the `Bus` they connect to what the `StaticInjection` `status` and `bustype` is to catch and fail early if inappropriate.

More specifically => `StaticInjection` `status` cannot be `true` if the `bustype` is `ISOLATED`
