wiki issues

The homepage here (https://github.com/NGEET/fates-release) points to the a wiki inside of the https://github.com/NGEET/fates/wiki repo, but that repo is private. Can one see the wiki if one doesn't have access to the private repository, and if we are giving people directions to this repo, should we copy the infomation on FATES to here? @rgknox @ckoven @ekluzek ?

We can use the same git commands to push and pull the wiki's on these repositories. So, we can push the fates wiki to this location and keep it updated.

I'm thinking the we need to go through and clean up some of the wiki items in the fates GitHub, and identify a subset that are of sufficient public interest to push to the release repo, and then do so. Some of those are pretty out of date and/or only pertain to development issues.

OK, I changed the fates-release wiki homepage to include some more references and instructions etc.
https://github.com/NGEET/fates-release/wiki

The text on the homepage, however, is the README.md file, which, because FATES-release is a mirror of the FATES developer repo code, and because the README.md is part of the codebase, is necessarily the same text on both sites, right?
