MEC Command Help should say how to access additional pages

Just noticed this issue on our server. MEC doesn't have a line that says, Use '/t 2', or '/t help 2' or '/t plot 2' to see page 2 at the bottom of multiple page command help. This is an issue for players who are unfamiliar with using multiple pages and is a likely explanation why many of the players on our server miss some of the great functionality that MyTown provides.

To update my issue, it was pointed out to me that /t help does say how to access page 2, but just '/t' doesn't. Would it be possible to add this to commands like '/t' and '/t plot'
