crvpulses branch requires an EventWindowMarker #334
Description
As described in #333, the CRV VST data does not contain an EventWindowMarker and so the crvpulses branch cannot be filled. This is OK for the time being.
This issue can be resolved by either:
- editing the EventNtuple code so that an EWM is not needed to fill that branch, or
- the CRV VST data evolves to always contain an EWM
