[Suggestion]: List next required infusions in the upgrade tome tooltip #46

Suggestion Description
Scanning through JEI or the book to find the next required infusions to get to the next tier is tedious and not user friendly. I would like the next infusions to be listed as a tooltip on the upgrade tome.
If there are infusions required to reach the next tier, it should list the items required to use as reagents.
If all infusions are done and the player still needs force points, it should say "Keep fusing to gain Force Points."
At max tier this should say "All infusions unlocked."
