Combine taker reputation message with order status message

Currently mostrod sends two separate messages to the maker when a taker takes an order: one with the order status (add-invoice/pay-invoice) and another with the taker's reputation information. These should be combined into a single message to make processing easier for clients

We were working on this previously, but we stopped because there was more pressing work at the time. I'm leaving the PRs that were made here for when we resume this matter in the future.
