Update Documentation for V2

Update all documentation to reflect V2 architecture.

Issue #9 completed (CLI fully functional)

Updates:

1. CLAUDE.md:

   • Remove db.yml schema
   • Add V2 structure (projects/, secrets/, samples/)
   • Document traefik.yml schema
   • Update commands (itsup instead of dcp/dcu)

2. README.md:

   • Quick start with V2
   • Architecture overview
   • Link to CLAUDE.md

Success Criteria

• CLAUDE.md reflects V2
• README.md updated
• No references to old db.yml or lib/functions.sh

CLAUDE.md:

• Added V2 Architecture Overview section with submodule structure
• Documented configuration structure (projects/traefik.yml schema and secrets management)
• Updated Setup and Installation to use itsup init and make install
• Removed bin/validate-db.py from Testing section (db.yml is deprecated)
• Replaced Shell Utility Functions section with Docker Management (dcp/dcu deprecated)
• Updated Plugin System section to show traefik.yml configuration instead of db.yml
• Updated Testing section to reflect current test files

README.md:

• Changed "Single source of truth" to "Configuration as Code" with submodule approach
• Updated service deployment explanation to reference projects/ files
• Replaced utility functions section with itsUP CLI and management scripts
• Removed all dcp/dcu/dcpx/dcux references, replaced with direct docker compose commands
• Updated installation steps to use itsup init workflow
• Fixed step numbering (1-7)
• Updated service configuration to reference projects/ YAML files
• Updated plugin configuration to reference traefik.yml
• Updated CrowdSec examples to use docker compose commands
• Updated OpenVPN examples to use docker compose commands
• Fixed all db.yml references to use projects/traefik.yml or projects/*.yml

Verification

• ✅ No db.yml references remain
• ✅ No lib/functions.sh references remain (except deprecation notice)
• ✅ No dcp/dcu command references remain (except deprecation notice)

Summary

All documentation has been successfully updated to reflect the V2 architecture. The changes include:

• Complete removal of db.yml references in favor of projects/traefik.yml configuration
• Replacement of dcp/dcu shell functions with direct docker compose commands
• Updated installation workflow using the new itsup init CLI
• Clear documentation of the submodule-based configuration approach
• Updated all examples and command references throughout both files
