feat: Change app language

Feature description

I'm missing an option to change the app language to English. Since version 6.0.0, I've been getting the system language (Dutch), which is full of errors and very annoying.
Was perfect in English with Version 5.13.

Motivation

A lot of language errors in Dutch language,
very annoying and many texts are in the wrong places.
Please only support English language in MicroG-RE. and disable system language tracking

On most devices the app language can be changed in the app info.

But the better solution that will help all dutch speaking users, is if someone reviewed and improved the Dutch translations.

I have been busy with the Dutch translations and have improved and adjusted a lot on crowdin :-)
