Separate topics in input

So right now a user can only input one topic, any attempts at adding any more will result in one topic with the tag_names being joined up.

How it should work is like such:

• User inputs a topic "meta".
• User proceeds to input space, this separates the "meta" topic and moves it to the side.
• User can now input another topic.
• Once done a post with all of the topics is made.
