cannot use the developer api key in cursor

Cannot reach MiniMax-M2 support — all published emails bouncing

I am trying to reach MiniMax-M2 support, but all currently listed support addresses appear to be non-functional.

Here are the results:

1. model@minimax.io
   → Bounce message: "550 verify address failed — user not found"

2. support@minimaxm2.io
   → Bounce message: "DNS Error: no MX or A records for minimaxm2.io"

Both of these errors indicate that the inboxes or domains are not currently able to receive mail.

Could the team please confirm:

• What is the correct, active support email?
• Is there an official Discord, WeChat, or other community channel?
• What is the recommended way for users to get support at this time?
