Drop 256 / 16M from skin file names

In #5006 it has been brought up that having 16, 256 or 16M in skin names is silly and maybe we should stop doing this.

It'd be another slightly incompatible change (if the user has one of these then he'll need to adjust his configs), so if we do it then let's do it for 4.9.0.

Should this be accompanied with a code change to quickly parse all the skin files when presenting the list, and only offer the ones compatible with the current terminal?

Just for thought: consider the name 4bit, 8bit, 24bit, but I think it's also the best to just do decide the color automatically.

My suggestion for the UI is to still display all even on terminal that doesn't support it, but maybe gray them out, sort to the bottom, or add some appendix string (e.g. "24bit")

I wouldn't want to change the current numbers to some other numbers :D (also I never think of the basic 16 colors as 4bit, but maybe that's just me).

Yup, that's a great idea (might need more work tho').
