Is this issue reproducible using the latest version of Midnight Commander?

How to reproduce

Start up mc with a skin requesting more colors than supported by the terminal.

An error box appears, explaining the situation.

Expected behavior

Its "OK" button clickable with mouse.

Actual behavior

Mouse support has not yet been initialized.
